Products & pricing
All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to modify prices, promotions and product availability at any time. Product images are for illustration; minor variations may occur.
Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (for example, where fraud is suspected or stock is unavailable). If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.
Delivery
Delivery timescales are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delays outside our control (couriers, weather, customs) are occasionally possible.
Returns & refunds
Your statutory rights are unaffected. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging, as described in our Returns & Refunds policy.
Safe use
The Steadly™ Car Assist Handle must be attached securely to the door striker before applying weight, and is rated to a maximum load of 180 kg. Always check the handle is firmly seated before use.
Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot be limited under UK law.
