If Steadly™ isn't right for you, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery.
How to start a return
Email hello@steadly.co.uk with your order number and the reason for your return. Please wait for our confirmation and return instructions before sending anything back. We reply within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.
Conditions
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Return postage is paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 working days.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll put it right at no cost to you, with a replacement or a full refund.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
