We offer free tracked shipping on all UK orders, with no minimum spend.
Processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days (Monday to Friday). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking email as soon as it's dispatched.
Delivery time
Typical UK delivery time is 5 to 8 working days from dispatch. During busy periods this can occasionally take a little longer. Your tracking link will always show the latest status.
Order issues
If your order hasn't arrived within 15 working days, or your tracking hasn't updated, email us at hello@steadly.co.uk and we'll put it right with a replacement or a refund.
Address changes
Need to change your delivery address? Contact us as soon as possible after ordering and we'll do our best to update it before dispatch.
