What we collect
- Order information: name, delivery address, email address and phone number, used to fulfil your order and send order updates.
- Payment information: processed securely by our payment providers (e.g. Shopify Payments, PayPal). We never see or store your full card details.
- Device data: browser, IP address and pages visited, used to improve the store and, with your consent, for marketing analytics.
How we use your data
- To process and deliver your order and provide customer support.
- To send service emails (order confirmation, tracking).
- To send marketing emails only if you've opted in. Unsubscribe anytime via the link in any email.
Sharing
We only share data with services needed to run the store: payment processors, delivery partners and our e-commerce platform (Shopify). We never sell your personal data.
Retention & your rights
We keep order data as long as needed for legal and accounting purposes. You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data. Email hello@steadly.co.uk and we'll act within 30 days.
